ON-DEMAND CE OPPORTUNITIES
Please note the increase in CE On Demand course fees: $50 per credit hour for members and $70 per credit hour for non-members.
To start, go to ARLTA's Store and follow these steps to complete your CE online:
- Choose the course you would like to take. (Remember you have to earn 5 hours of general credit and 1 hours of ethics credit every year.)
- Click the link for the desired course in the ARLTA Store and watch the video. Any manager or supervisor in your company’s office is able to act as a proctor and can sign the affidavit.
- Download the Affidavit by clicking HERE, fill it out using your NPN number (look up your NPN number here) and return it to us via email (mmoody@arlta.com). NOTE: It must be returned within seven business days of viewing.
- Pay the course fees by going to the Store on the website and purchase the correct course by paying online or by mailing a check to ARLTA (PO Box 7627, Little Rock, AR 72217).
NOTE: NO Affidavits will be processed until payment for the course has been received. Once all required documentation (signed affidavit and payment) has been received, we will submit the course completion to the Arkansas Department of Insurance for credit.
