Past Presidents Council/Nominating Committee

Advises and counsels the Board of Directors or any officer or committee on any measure deemed to advance the good of ARLTA; Counsels with the proposed nominees concerning their availability and willingness to serve. Current members are Wade Williams, David Harrison and Beth Langley.

ARLTA PAC Committee

The Title Association PAC Committee serves as a key advisory body for ARLTA-PAC, a non-profit political action committee dedicated to advancing issues critical to the Arkansas Land Title Association (ARLTA). While affiliated with ARLTA, the PAC operates independently, providing focused advocacy on legislative and regulatory matters impacting the land title industry. The committee ensures the PAC's initiatives align with broader industry goals while remaining compliant.

Education Committee

Plans, organizes, promotes and is responsible for executing a constantly improving program of instructions for the general benefit of Association members and their employees. Conducts schools of education on behalf of the Association or in conjunction with other professional and trade associations. Judiciary and Legislative Committee

Membership Committee

This committee endeavors to obtain applications for membership in the Association and shall make recommendations as to any matter that will affect the quality or quantity of membership. It also studies ways and means for improving the Association's operations and methods and furthering a closer relationship with its membership.
